I'm sure you know this already, but you could very easily be dead or significantly injured. Hopefully, the MRI goes well and everything checks out. I'm in awe that the chasis held up the way it did and protected you from harm. It's just my personal beliefs talking here, but I think the man upstairs was watching your back on this one. Try and get some rest first and foremost...then handle your legal affairs. It just goes to show, you can be the safest, most conscientious driver out there, but control is still an illusion, and you can't predict what other people are going to do.
